Mango chucks. I have them everyday pretty much. So good.
Aside from that, no idea, all my snacks are junk!
Carrot and celery sticks, apple slices, sunflower seeds, raisins, granola.
when you are finish playing the volleyball you shld. bring crackers and milk or juice and rest so you will have some energy on the next round of volleyball
Granola bars, they can be all natural or organic. You can get the peanut butter ones, they can have more protein. Also, you can get dried fruits, there are many kinds of those.
FRUIT, i win
I don’t have much free time either…some of my favorite on the go snacks…
Fruits (apples, pears, bananas, frozen grapes in summer are delicious!))
Yogurt (add some granola)
Bagel (add a little low fat peanut butter)
Protein shake (very good pick-me-up if you have to miss a meal)
Avocados (yes, I crack them open and eat them with a spoon. Great source of nutrients.)
yea its all about the bars. i usually go with some granola bars or special K bars or some super good fiber one bars cuz fiber fills u up and everything like that so u wont feel super hungry in between games maybe or before ur game and stuff.
Fruit And vegies can make good snacks. We cant all eat healthily ALL the time, we all have to indulge at some point.
Apple slices, sunflower seeds, pistachio nuts, peanuts, cashews, mangoes, sticks of celery, strawberrys have next to NO fat, so you can eat as many of them as you want. Also, muesli bars are convenient.
Sandwiches i also think are good, just go for the wholegrain bread and stuff, pack it with wat u want (within reason) and they make good snacks. Ummm another thing that was suggested to me as a snack, its not completely healthy, but its ok, get rice crackers? the ones that are a high percentage fat free, they generally arent tasteless.
Hope this helps.
Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I’m also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me (it’s all 100% natural - a colon cleanse that was really gentle on my body. I feel so good and I lost 15 pounds). You can check the website at , I had a free trial and paid less than $5.00 shipping and handling. Best of luck!
