Fruit!!!!! Salad!!!!
Breakfast - Cooked porridge oatmeal with milk orange juice.
Lunch - Garden salad - Romaine lettuce, radishes, carrot, celery, onion, tomato, cucumber. olive oil vinegar dressing
Dinner - Seafood - example, Halibut, haddock, cod, sole serve with sliced lemons, green beans or asparagus, carrots, potatoes beets. Small green salad - fresh bread or roll.
Snacks: Walnuts, any piece of fruit, or raw vegetable or V-8 or pure orange juice with the pulp in it.
Breakfast - grapefruit, yogurt, multi-grain cereal
Lunch - broth-based soup, Whole wheat sandwich (light on the condiments), salad with no/low-fat dressing
Snack - Yogurt, vegetables, fruit
Dinner - Salmon, vegetables, brown rice

Americans arent getting enough fruits and veggies, and way to much breads and pastas (which is unhealthy) So try adding more fruits and veggies and cutting out the bad stuff you eat.
