What are some healthy snack foods?

grapes are fine or you could do celery with low fat peanut butter or a few nuts or cottage cheese or fresh veggies and hummus or unbuttered popcorn or lowfat cheese or fruit, there are lost of healthy snack options

I like to snack on unbuttered popcorn or ricecakes (the flavored ones are awesome). You could also have baby carrots or cut up slices of apple.

soynuts, lowfat cheese, cottage cheese, almonds, celery, apples, bananas, meal replacement bars, rice cakes, protein shake, pre-made salads, string cheese, edamame, granola, bell peppers (green, yellow, red), wheat tortillas with turkey fat free ranch dressing, tuna, low sodium organic chicken broth, protein pretzels, beef jerky, and the list goes on…
