Well, yogurt and low fat cheese might be good for you.

I couldn’t imagine being allergic to so many things… they are staples for me.

A few suggestions:

1) Light and Fit Yogurt (40-60 calories, 5 g protein, in tons of flavors so I’m sure you could find something you aren’t allergic to).

2) Soy Crisps. (Glenda’s are my favorite, but GeniSoy is pretty good too. Glenda’s have 70 calories a serving with 10 grams of protein per bag)

3) Egg beaters. (30 calories per serving, 6 grams of protein. Great for a quick pick me up or mini meal/breakfast)

4) Sugar free jello.

5) South Beach granola bars. 140 calories, 10 grams of protein, and delicious!

6) Kashi Go Lean cereal. Very, very high in protein and fiber, half a cup is only 70 calories. Great to munch on.

Best of luck!

Home popped bagged popcorn is actually very low fat! believe it or not. For about 3 cups of popcorn is only 1point (based on weightwatchers) And 1 pnt is good.
So there’s popcorn to snack on…
and here’s my favorite cracker..its Kellogg’s All Bran multigrain crackers. You must try it. For about 18 crackers its only 130 cal, and 5 gm of fiber! Fiber is the trick to healthy eating. Its actually pretty tasty. I love to snack on them. Maybe try them with a tiny bit of creamcheese? I did once, it was real good. So thats my two cents …
Popcorn (kettle corn’s my fav) and
All bran crackers.

Happy eating!
