If I Just Breathe asked:
i like salty foods, over sweet, but taking chips, cheez its, popcorn etc just gets overwhelming after a while, the saltiness i mean. what food can i take to munch on for a very long car ride that will fill my stomach but not be that unhealthy and salty?

Granola Bars
Raisins
Unsalted nuts
Snack size jello or pudding cups
go to Indian sweet shop and ask for mixture and masala ground net
single packs of wheat thins
container of peanuts mixed
granola bars
trail mix
whole-grain cripsbreads are good.. or pistachios. personally, when on car rides, i like having slices of apple, guava or pineapple at hand.
Chips, peanuts, trail mix, granola bars, crackers, fruit, veggie sticks, raisins, etc.
I would suggest snacks that don’t have a lot of sugar. When you are in the car for long periods of time sugar can make you happy the first 10min but really angry and no-fun-to-be-around the next hour. Try cheese sticks, grapes, carrots and ranch, or granola bars with less sugar. Doesn’t sound to appetizing but the people right next to you will thank you later.
i love shapes snacks they are so yummy and ideal in the car
Banana will satisfy hunger and grapes will provide cool, crisp, juicy treat, some almonds or mixed nuts for a bit of salty….add a bottle of water you are set!
