Slice Melolon and Granola
Bowl of Cereal
pb j sandwich
toasted bagel with tomato or avocado
protein bar
apple and string cheese
Yogurt and Strawberries
Accompany each snack with a glass of water and you’ll cure the hunger pangs
Carrots and celery sticks, a radish, i think olives and pickles are okay/healthy. eat some saltines or a piece of bread, something starchy will help fill you up, with a large glass of water.
rice cakes are super healthy and it helps you cut down on wait snce it has 0 calories. or you culd try apples! =)
Try almonds or walnuts. They are very healthy and the crunch satisfies your need for something crunchy. Also, don’t forget good old peanut butter on celery.
