What are some good snack foods for ducks?

she eats duck food from the pet store, but what are some safe foods that she can have for extra nutriants. thanks.

I had some pet ducks a few years ago and they love anything soft out of the garden. Tomatoes were a hit with them. A little wheat bread would be good too, but not too much.

Lettuce leaves are wonderful for them. Lettuces are cheap, and easy to chop.
I used to work in a Zoo in Mexico, and besides the duck food, we added lettuce, alfalfa and very finely chopped carrots.
Trust me, he is going to love it

I have some ducks too. they love lettuce. Throw them a whole head of lettuce and watch them chomp!!

Yo know you could always give your duck bread and different kinds of bread my grandfather told me that when i was a kid feading his ducks on his farm.

( wheat bread for nutrition but white bread they like the most)

bread and cheese……….my duck likes those 2……..dont give it too much cheese tho…………..give it water….make sure u give it water
