i like snacking on garlic hummus and pita chips.
muffins are always good…
100 cal snacks like wheat thins or cookies
cereal
fruit like eat strawberries, blueberries, and grapes
don’t mix any fruits with melons, because they digest very quickly and it will cause you to gain weight.
apple and peanut butter, or caramel, or cinnamon and sugar
i like cheese, so you could do a nice aged cheddar with berries or cheese and crackers…
i hope you like something i just listed!!

I like to make a lot of chex mix, it laasts forever.
Also cheese and tortillas for cheese quesadillas
Tortillas and salsa (not ortega, something chunky and fresh)
Apples or bananas and peanut butter

apples. any fruits, really.
crackers and cheese.
peanutbutter crackers.
nachos. (just put shredded cheese on torillia chips and put in microwave until the cheese is melted)
trail mix.
