Steamed broccoli and boiled mushrooms with a little margarine. Mmmmmmmmm………. seriously though the only thing i can think of right now are raisins and fruits.

Fruits always a good option, but if your a chocoholic like me try the new Keebler 100 cal. packs. They have Grasshopper cookies, and fudge striped shortbread.

Try eating pretzels because some packages have 0 trans fat. Also they are supposed to be better for you than potato chips.

A toughie. Try these:
*lite microwave popcorn
*sugar free jello
*sugar free fat free pudding
*high fiber cereal and skim milk
*veggies and dip made with onion soup mix and plain fat free yogurt instead of sour cream
*fresh fruit smoothie with nonfat yogurt
*skinny cow brand ice cream sandwiches

Well you shouldn’t be! The key to dieting isn’t starving yourself - it’s eating the right things. And eating frequently. Keeping your blood sugar level is what’s going to help you from feeling hungry. Have three meals but healthy snacks in between. When I do that I find it MUCH easier to stick to my diet. Otherwise by the time you eat you feel like you could devour an entire grocery store lol

I like nonfat yogurts, apples. There’s also a bunch of 100 calorie snack packs at the grocery store - little cookies, etc. Just remember ONE pack, though! If you’re a veggie fan edamame (soy bean) pods are sooo yummy - full of protein, too. I also like to nibble on sugar snap peas - they’re so sweet and crunchy! Celery sticks with a little bit of lowfat peanut butter. Also drink lots and LOTS of water. I find that really helps fill me up. If you get bored with plain water there’s sugar free Crystal Lite and Koolaid that you can get - little tubes that empty right into your water bottle.

Good luck - it ain’t easy. I’m trying to lose right now, too. Another tip - if you have a dog, walk it often! That’s one thing that’s really getting my butt moving. Not only is it good for me but good for him as well. Don’t have a dog? Borrow one from a neighbour, friend, or volunteer at your local shelter as a dog walker!

FYI - pretzels are a HORRIBLE diet snack - loaded with carbohydrates which will pack on even more pounds PLUS salt - which will make you retain water.

go for fruit, that’s what i’m doing.

however, make sure the total carbs per snak is about 100kcal.

don’t go for any kind of snacks, for example snack with low fibers will makes you hungry faster.
