what are low calorie foods i can snack on to cut down on calorie intake?

snack fruits , they are really low cal and full of vitamins . stay away from bananas and kiwis because they aren’t so low cal . don’t know exactly the cal but guaranteed the lowest on apples and grapefruits ( grapefruits accelerate fat burning ) . good luck

Yogurt would be a good snack, pickles have 0 calories, pretty much any vegetable (carrots and celery).

Fruits are always good, even though they have sugars and calories, their nutrients outweigh the sugars and calories.

Fruit veggies are the best.

Also, Jello and those new 100 calorie pack snacks that you can get at wal mart and such. Plus there very good.. they dont take the flavor or anything down.. just the portion of what you eat.
