If you want to gain fat anything with high carbs like donuts, muffins and cookies will get the job done.

Eat plenty of green vegetables. They are low in calories and high in nutrition. Also lift weights in circuit fashion to get a cardio workout plus stimulate your lean body tissue and speed up your metabolism. Here are some free workout videos and other tips to lose weight fast..

CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!
A more healthy option that helps you gain weight are protein shakes. I’ve been told they don’t taste great but help you gain weight really well and quickly so you wont have to have them for long!

brewing yeast. It has a lot of vitamin B, too. It will make you gain
weight in a week. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any
place which specializes in brewing. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a day - depends on the product, and you are there. Good for bones and hair as well.

Think high fat. Avoid fried foods, however. That is bad high fat. Bacon would be the exception. Milk shakes, butter, whole milk, nuts, lots of meat and not lean.

if you are trying to gain weight you…there are some things you dont want to do….

you dont want to start eating unhealthy…or u will just become a fat ass

you dont want to stop being active..or u will just become a fat ass who cant move

wat u want to do is continue exercising the way u normally do, and just increase the amounts of food u eat

for example….steak usualy has a good amount of fat in it….but its is pretty easy to burn off this fat…but if you eat two, or even three steaks, there is no way your body will burn all of those fats and calories, unless you exercise a lot

When I had my first baby I set her down in front of a roll of baby food desserts and fruits. She couldn’t get enough of cherry pudding! Now you need that basis to build on. Take her to a restaurant or bakery and have a smmall amount of assorted platter and just tell her to taste test. A greek restaurant is good also cause they will bring out a platter of a sample of all their desserts. Just sample each one and tell me what turns you on! When you have that down start there. Remember the atmosphere of fun and love is important to the offering of food. Don’t be anxious, Do the same with snack foods different night. set a platter down of chips, dips happopeano poppers, etc and find a basis to build on. You need her taste buds to do this. But muffins doughnuts things like that in mini size do fool people they eat more. That chicken bisquik at mcdonalds is a good example packed with calories but little. Find her weakness! Mine is mayo anything—not sweets.

If you want to gain weight healthily, don’t just load up on junk food. Pick foods that are still nutritious, but have a lot of calories. Try lots of carbs (breads, pastas, etc.) and dairy (milk, cheese, etc.).

if ur trying to gain muscle and keep hydrated, then heres what you should do: run a quarter mile nonstop, do a set of five pushups, do a set of five crunches, do a 10 second wall sit, then sprint 100 meters as fast as you can. drink a quart of water as you cool down, only allow a couple of minutes for this cooling down. now, jog a half mile, do ten pushups, do ten crunches, do a 30 second wall sit, then sprint 100 meters. another cool down. stretch out really good. now pick up you water bottle, and drink as much as you can as you walk a half mile. when that is done, stretch again and eat a big spoon of peanut butter, and a tall glass of milk.a lot of protien is your goal for the next meal. good luck. wow i reallygot off track!
