What are good snack foods to bring on international flights?

Nuts
Trail mix
Candies
Crackers and cheese
Gold fish
Cookies
Mixed vegetable chips
Fruit loops
Fruit juices

I think you can bring granola bars, nutrigrain bars, cookies, just to name a few.

Just no agricultural products (like fruits or other perishable foods)

Whatever you take…remember this very important fact. When you travel at altitude, flavours and seasonings are not as impactful. Food will not taste the same. Try this….on your next flight, ask for two packages of salted nuts. Eat one, while you are in the air and save the other and eat after you’ve exited the plane later that day. You will find that the nuts are so much saltier on land….almost to the point where you can’t eat them.
