you could put some healthy crackers in there..maybe would only be able to fit a few in there but maybe more..or you could get teddy grahams unless those arent HEALTHY enough..
Gold fish, grapes, baby carrots, berries, cheese
Raisins, sugarless jelly beans, pickle slices, sliced cucumbers, Trail mix.
fruits of the season like strawberry, cut watermelon, canteloupe if the lid is tight….. etc.
Canned fruits with their juices, as much as you can accommodate. If you have large sized can(14oz.), fill as much as you can.
Dry fruits like dates, dry figs, raisins etc. All these mixed with little slivered almonds.
You can be creative and switch the variety of snacks every few days so you don’t get bored.
