Turkey on whole wheat bread, real oatmeal not the sugary stuff, PB and honey on wheat, tuna with very little mayo.
if your eating 6 times per day, proper meals, u shudn need to be snacking. If its that much of a problem eat celery. Dude 6 meals per day is more than enough to keep your metab going. U dont need to snack in between to fire it more. 6 meals is optimal, not good, but best!
20g protein in each meal. if ur still hungry after that then u need to show some self control
If your not worried about being unhealthy for a couple days… water and cigarettes… popular in the fashion/modeling world
The healthy way is lean protein (egg whites, chicken, fish) every 3 days, mostly diet of fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water - excess protein is never a good thing, it is harder to digest (6 portions of protein each day is way too much)
Running only burns fat right then and there, not after… Interval training burns fat throughout the entire day after it is done, I highly recommend it
Swimming is excellent, works muscles lightly and burns calories
Always do intense exercises with short rest in between
