Foods to snack on recipes and exercises to lose weight plz?

Anyone know any good foods to snack on to take cravings away? What exercises should I do to make my stomach flat? Nothing that requires machines or gym memberships please.

I like to snack a lot, Im also on a diet. My alternative to cake and ice cream is a small bran muffin with yoghurt and berries.
I try to replace everything badthat I eat with a healthy, similar alternative. Here’s some tips

Lose Weight with Natural Diet

To lose weight Smell grapefruit oil and vanilla oil 20 minutes before every meal.

Saturate dried plums in water overnight and drink the water in the morning on an empty stomach. Repeat daily for one month.

Eat a lot of cabbage, can eat as a salad or added to other food. Try to replace one meal with a cabbage meal.

Drink 3 cups of green Chinese tea to deal with the extra weight.

Mix 1 teaspoon of honey to half a cup of lukewarm water and half a cup of lime juice. Drink 3 times daily with meal.

Eat 2 red tomatoes every morning for breakfast for a few months.
