veggies and fresh fruit, and nuts/seeds
Beef jerky. the real kind, not slim jim. Fruits vegi’s…
Tell your mom to stop pointing fingers and to start helping you.
plain popcorn, add some no calorie butter spray or just a a servng of real butter melted over top.
raw veggies w/ hummus, homemade bean dip
a load of apple slices, slice up a couple apples it should last a while.
u have to stop the habit of oversnacking any case.snack on fruits.
excersice a lot
almonds! also, carrots with hummus.
Baby Carrots.
Almonds,rice cakes,peanut butter,raisins, popcorn,fruit salad,granola bars.
carrots but you should look at your emotional connections to food and stop snacking by keeping busy
