What can I eat or snack on that is healthy and beats my cravings for sugary foods?

I am finding stopping myself from eating things like chocolate and biscuits hard.
I need a subtitute that i can eat loads of and wont be fatty or make me put on weight.
If i get stressed i go to the kitchen and eat what i constitute as a treat but no good if its 3 times a day!
