Runs with unicorns asked: Our Human growth/ physical education teacher is helping us form a group to change our school. We want the school to provide us with more healthy choices and to take the unhealthy choices out, where can i find information to support are argument and convince our school to make the change, and are there any schools that have made the switch? We could use them to prove that making the switch will improve the health of the students and promote healthy choices.

babyface asked: I am pregnant and put on loads of weight the last time. This time Im worried about it because I felt really bad about myself.
I am finding stopping myself from eating things like chocolate and biscuits hard.
I need a subtitute that i can eat loads of and wont be fatty or make me put on weight.
If i get stressed i go to the kitchen and eat what i constitute as a treat but no good if its 3 times a day!

Jacky asked: No recipes please. I already eat plenty of salads and fruits. Any suggestions on snack foods? Ive heard peanuts are good..and Ive heard they make you gain weight.
What about Boiled egg whites? Alot of body builders eat eggs whites and I’m interested in toning up but I also want to lose weight.

Lucky D asked: Hey,
I work from home and for the past two weeks I’ve been working overtime a lot, and stuffing my face with 50cent noodles. This is really unhealthy, so I’d like to know what kind of food would be best for snacks, which can sort of fill you up and isn’t loaded with calories. I’m just sick of junk food, and apples haha
Thanks!

mariners_fan_in_bend asked: I live on a pretty tight budget and it is hard for me to leave my work day to eat on a good schedule. I lose weight best when i eat abot every 3-4 hours. Buying expensive protein bars and what not makes this issue even worse. I know that fruit is a great thing but that doesn’t always make me feel full can anyone suggest and alternatives that I can do that i won’t get bored after a week or two?
