Sugar Pie asked: I am supposed to arrange snacks for an event on April 1. We thought it would be funny to bring foods that look like something else. What are some ideas? Pics? Links?
Someone had the idea of serving apple juice in (clean) urine specimen cups… not sure I can handle that, but other ideas?
The food must be edible! Someone had suggested a Litter Box Cake, which is basically the old Dirt Cake but in a clean, new, washed litterbox w/ little rolls of tottsie rolls on top…..

michelle37 asked: I’m looking for low-sodium, low-potassium versions of football snack favorites. I’m preparing these for a young man with severe heart problems and needs to limit his sodium intake to a very small amount. I don’t want him to feel like he’s missing out on everything he used to enjoy eating and doing, so i’m trying to keep game days as close to normal as possible. Any suggestions, recipes, tips, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

its about time asked: My friends are having about 12 people over this weekend to watch a football game and just hang out (guys and girls). It isn’t football themed or anything, but everyone is supposed to bring a small snacky sort of food and that will basically serve as our dinner. First, I’m thinking the typical snack foods will not do for dinner, so I’m wanting to make something that seems snacky but is actually more filling (healthy if possible, but not necessary). Second, I’m not trying to go with chips, dip, a fruit/veggie tray or anything like that. Finally, I’m limited on funds and time, so something that takes less than 1/2 hour would be ideal. Any suggestions? Thanks!
