Ooh when you bake cakes, replace oil with applesauce, eggs with gg beaters, and suagrs with non sugar sugars. my mom does that and its actually pretty good, tastes the same.

I like the Chips Ahoy Thin Crisps with only 100 calories a pack. I also eat 99 % fat free ham, fat free cheese, and many other low fat things. Even fat free muffins!

its not so much the fat that you have to look out for its also the amount of sugar in these snake foods too.

Example: Buy fruit instead. Fresh and healthy

popcorn, pretzels, chex mix if you don’t eat too much of it.

During the summer I like to freeze melon, grapes, cherries, etc and snack on that.

Also tofurkey, and veggie slices are virtully fat free and full of protein. I have those sometimes too!

Celery sticks are great. My kids like them as Ant Boats. Put a thin strip of low fat peanut butter on the celery and raisins on top for the ants.

There are a ton of 100 calorie packs at your supermarket. These are great for small on the go snacking. Especially the small containers.

Edamame is great for a light snack. Oh and Angel Food cake is completely fat free!

Good Luck and Cheers :)

pretzels, non fat yogurt, non fat custard, fruit, rice crackers and salsa. Low fat ice cream with a banana and low cal chocolate topping. Sorbet (gelati), air popped pop corn,
make your own pita crisps and dip in tzsartiki.

fruit! or you can make a dip out of a can of black beans, a can of chickpeas, and a can of diced tomatoes (there’s all kinds of already seasoned diced tomatoes, pick your favorite), which is very good on your favorite low-fat cracker.

Veggies ( carrot sticks, celery, cucumber, radish, peppers, cauliflower, broccoli) with little or no dresssing or dip–that where the calories are. Fruits. There are many packaged foods that now come in 100 calorie packs. Think out side the box.
