Any good foods that i can keep in my dorm room to snack on and help me gain weight?

Remember that in a dorm room i can not cook much unless it is in a microwave. I also don’t want to use weight gainers because they upset my stomach.

rene zellwiger (i dont know how to spell it) ate alot of pasta and peanut butter to gain weight for her roles. you can get some ravioli cans and alot of peanut butter.

peanut butter and crackers is the way to go….extremely shelfstable…..excellent source of protein and can help you build mass which intern helps you gain wait…

Let me think…
Fruits,yoghurt and nuts are good choices.Eat a lot of carbohydrates especially complex ones like wholemeal bread and oatmeal.You need to eat healthily even if you are trying to gain weight.Eat more and do strength training if you want to gain muscles.You still need to exercise even if you want to gain weight.Don’t eat too much junk food.Athough they are high in calories and fats they don’t contain much nutrients.They increase the risk of getting diabetes.Might as well eat more nuts.

Any kind of protein bar will help. Just stay away from the low carb ones like Atkins. Snickers even have a protein bar.
